What’s the Sodium Glucoheptonate

Sodium glucoheptonate is an internationally used chelating agent with a wide range of applications. Sodium glucoheptonate has two distinct chemical structural forms (alpha-form as crystal and beta-form as liquid).

Sodium glucoheptonate is a sequestering agent, which is 3-4 times more effective than general chelating agents. It can generate non-ionic chelating compounds and inhibit the precipitation of metal ions.
